1/2cMargarine
3cn(16-oz) whole white potatoes
1/2cDried bread crumbs
1/2tsSalt
1/4tsPepper

In 12-inch skillet over medium heat, stir dried bread crumbs, salt and pepper into hot margarine. Add potatoes, shaking skillet to coatpotatoes evenly with bread crumbs. Cook until potatoes are golden and heated through, about 15 minutes, shaking skillet occasionally. Makes 8 servings.
